David Jiricek doesn't have a spot in Columbus right now and Mathieu Olivier is a good, rugged Quebec forward who would be useful to the Canadiens.
Newhook is a good 2-3 line prospect and Montreal adds Anderson, a player who could help the young Columbus team (Mtl is retaining part of his salary)

Zegras can't find a spot just like Dach, 2 players who have the same value in my opinion and who could unlock by changing environments. Trade Primeau for Gibson, a young potential 2nd goalie in exchange for the veteran Gibson who will be part of the next trade.

Spencer Knight, he would finally have his place as #1 Goalie. In exchange for Gibson, a veteran who would be useful to the Panthers if needed in the playoffs. Mike Matheson, an excellent defender who can help the Panthers defensively.

Maverick Lamoureux, young right-handed defenseman from Quebec, Montreal is looking for a young right-handed D-man. In exchange, Jayden Struble, young, robust and good in both directions of the ice. Dvorak is a good 4th center with defensive qualities that could help Utah especially in the playoffs, but he has a very high salary and costs Montreal a lot even if his contract expires, so add Owen Beck, a young prospect defensive center to compensate for Dvorak's salary to complete the trade.
